Project Coordinator – CCTV Sewer Inspection

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Engineer in delivering the CCTV Sewer Inspection Project. The role focuses on preparing technical documents, monitoring compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination between field teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, quality and HSE standards.
• Prepare technical submittals, reports, work plans and daily inspection data.
• Monitor project schedule, productivity and quantity tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, records and client submissions.
• Assist in raising inspection requests and handling all required office tasks.

Required profile

• Graduate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD and GIS.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data entry, document control, secretarial work or office administration within construction projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with good communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
