Project Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale construction programmes across multiple work fronts and contractors. The role will coordinate planning, scheduling and stakeholder management at a giga‑project scale, ensuring progress against programme, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple work fronts and contractors.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling and stakeholder management at giga‑project scale.
• Drive progress against programme, budget and quality targets.
• Manage interfaces between design, construction and fit‑out teams.
• Report to senior leadership on delivery risk, progress and mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 15+ years delivering major construction projects.
• Proven track record as a Project Delivery Manager, Senior Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Experience with high‑rise, mixed‑use, commercial, hospitality, stadium or infrastructure projects.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience highly desirable.
