Project Director

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead high‑impact construction projects from inception to delivery. In this senior leadership role you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all project phases, from initiation through completion, while maintaining compliance with quality standards and budget limits.
• Allocate and control resources, including personnel, materials, and financial budgets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, tasks, timelines, and resource distribution.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent issues.
• Lead project meetings and produce regular status reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
