Project Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale construction programmes across multiple disciplines. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring complex giga‑projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across all disciplines and workstreams.
• Manage FIDIC contracts, commercial matters and claims.
• Oversee project controls, programme scheduling, risk management and reporting structures.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and contractors.
• Drive delivery of high‑rise, mixed‑use, stadium, hospitality, commercial or giga‑project developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in major construction projects.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles such as Project Director, Construction Director or Delivery Director.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise, mixed‑use, stadium, hospitality, commercial or giga‑project developments.
• Experience on GCC or Saudi Arabia mega‑projects is highly desirable.
