Project Director – Luxury Hotel & Entertainment Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Director to lead high‑profile luxury hotel and entertainment projects. You will own the full project lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of planning, coordination, and execution for VIP hotel projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency.
• Lead quality assurance, safety, and risk‑management initiatives in line with company standards.
• Direct design, engineering, and construction supervision, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintain client relationships, drive value‑engineering, and handle commercial and contractual obligations.
• Utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, for cost control, project accounting, and performance tracking.
• Provide leadership in team development, dispute resolution, and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience, including 10+ years in project leadership on large‑scale construction or hospitality projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong background in engineering, project management, and client relations.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high‑value developments.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
