Project Engineer – Order Management (Dammam)

About the role

As a Project Engineer at Siemens Energy in Dammam, you will support the project management team by handling end‑to‑end order management activities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate quoting, processing, and fulfillment of orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive order management services, including quoting, processing, and fulfillment.
• Release orders on time in accordance with company standards and policies.
• Monitor order flow, identify and resolve processing errors or issues.
• Collaborate with clients on order entry, dispatch, and payment processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to order activities.
• Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in order management or customer‑service roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with order management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
