Project Estimator – Construction & Industrial Projects

About the role

The Project Estimator will join Expertise Company Ltd. in Jubail to produce detailed cost estimates for large‑scale construction and industrial projects. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with engineering, procurement and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting and profitable project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor services.
• Review drawings and specifications, conduct site visits when required, and clarify scope with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, update cost models and analyse received bids.
• Support tender preparation, pricing strategies and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Track cost variations, forecast financial performance and contribute to decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong cost‑management and budgeting abilities.
• Proven construction estimating and project estimation experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy or process‑plant sectors.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
