Project Management Consultant – Business Analytics & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Consultant with a civil engineering background and strong business analytics expertise to support operational and strategic initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support financial, operational, and performance analysis.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Track project‑related KPIs and automate reporting processes.
• Identify efficiency and cost‑optimization opportunities and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform benchmarking, performance tracking, and transformation support.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and leadership teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Contribute to strategy development, deliver structured recommendations and business cases, and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 7–10 years of experience in consulting, data analytics or business analysis, reporting/dashboard development, and operational or process improvement.
• Proven consulting experience with ability to engage stakeholders and deliver actionable insights.

• Advanced Excel.

• SQL (preferred).
