Project Management Specialist (Associate)

About the role

Join Imployable’s Riyadh office as a Project Management Specialist (Associate). You will support projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, working closely with cross‑functional teams, senior management and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition of project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues and assist in implementing mitigation actions.
• Facilitate communication across project teams and clarify roles and expectations.
• Support budget tracking, expense reporting and procurement activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and action logs.
• Assist with post‑project evaluations and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, including internships.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall and PMBOK methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
