Project Management Specialist

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a Project Management Specialist to lead and coordinate strategic infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and milestones.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate with team members and executives.
• Mentor junior project management staff and promote best‑practice methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
