Project Manager – Bid & Order Management – Medium Voltage Drives & HV Motors

About the role

Innomotics Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bid and order management for medium‑voltage drive systems and high‑voltage motors. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive growth in complex industrial projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid and order execution process for medium‑voltage drives and high‑voltage motors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in tenders and negotiate with customers.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution while monitoring milestones and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, quality, EHS requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide technical and application consulting to the regional sales team and customers.
• Develop optimal technical and commercial solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitive developments and support market transparency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales and project execution, to deliver complex projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bid management, order execution and project delivery within the industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of medium‑voltage drive systems and high‑voltage motor technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into technical and commercial solutions.
