Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of the Qiddiya civil construction project, ensuring compliance with contractual, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements. This senior role provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams and serves as the primary liaison with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from mobilization through hand‑over.
• Develop, monitor and control schedules, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, procurement, commercial, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; manage claims, variations and contractual issues.
• Maintain effective communication with client, consultant and all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts and management updates.
• Drive productivity, cost control, quality performance and timely completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of construction experience, including at least 8 years as a Project Manager on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, international standards and project management principles.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.
