Project Manager – Construction (Civil, MEP)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, technically‑competent Project Manager to lead construction projects from mobilisation through hand‑over. The role requires strong coordination of civil, architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project execution from mobilisation to hand‑over.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting and fire‑alarm works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans and material requirements.
• Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical sub‑mittals before execution.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and identify potential delays.
• Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring and variation management.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Support procurement, testing, commissioning, snagging and final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience on commercial, industrial and residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Strong planning, scheduling and construction methodology knowledge.
• Valid Saudi driving licence; SCE registration and PMP certification are a plus.
