Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

Aseel Holding is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium‑sized construction and real‑estate development projects in Riyadh. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with local regulations and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute medium‑sized construction and real‑estate projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and synchronize the work of contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Control project schedules, budgets, quality standards, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead design coordination, tendering processes, budgeting, execution, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi market regulations, local codes, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven project management experience in construction or real‑estate development.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, local regulations, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Confident leadership with excellent decision‑making, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Preferred registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
