Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a digital transformation initiative. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating business and technical teams, and ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning and execution for the digital transformation program.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and prepare executive status reports.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
• Handle vendor and client communications to keep all parties informed.
• Drive successful project delivery and user acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in enterprise technology projects.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and able to work onsite.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
