Project Manager – Epic Delivery Owner (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Cigna Group is seeking a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale epics in Saudi Arabia. You will guide initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring they meet strategic, regulatory and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of epics, from definition and refinement to release and benefits realization.
• Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to define scope, outcomes, dependencies and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, resource forecasts and budget considerations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and constraints, escalating when necessary.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across Agile teams, ARTs and business functions.
• Track progress using Jira, dashboards and regular delivery forums.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Epic updates, decisions and escalations, communicating clearly with executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, quality and budget, removing impediments in collaboration with RTEs and Product Owners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, RAID logs and reporting packages.
• Support business case development and ensure KPIs, OKRs and value‑realization metrics are defined and measured.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 60 months (5 years) of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
