Project Manager – Expo 2030 Riyadh

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the construction and infrastructure program for Expo 2030 Riyadh. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, coordinating with the Expo 2030 Riyadh Company and ensuring the project delivers on quality, safety, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction activities across the 6 km² master‑plan, including early works, utilities, streets and parks.
• Supervise construction craft personnel, field engineers and subcontractors.
• Administer contracts, control costs, monitor schedules and manage change orders.
• Oversee field procurement, finance and accounting functions for the site.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with the client and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and project alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and collaborate with international partners.
