About the role
A Riyadh-based real estate developer with a 600+ unit residential pipeline is looking for a site-based Project Manager to deliver a fast-track facility on an aggressive programme, with scope to grow into the wider residential pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on-site delivery of a fast-track build from mobilisation to handover.
- Drive contractors on programme, quality and safety.
- Manage interfaces with design, commercial and authorities.
- Identify delays early and implement recovery plans.
- Report progress directly to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven delivery of fast-track projects; labour accommodation, modular or prefab experience is highly desirable.
- Contractor and developer experience preferred.
- Residential or multi-unit project experience.
- Natural driver: energetic, decisive and hands-on on site.
- Strong communicator.
- KSA experience and Arabic are a plus.
