Project Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while acting as the primary liaison between AECOM and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects from initiation through close‑out, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and lead persuasive proposals, capture strategies, and win‑strategy support for high‑priority pursuits.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and cash‑collection reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other project managers and enforce company policies.
• Handle complex project aspects such as litigation, environmental protection, and due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of capture planning and win‑strategy development.
• Ability to work closely with commercial teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
