About the role
The Project Manager will lead complex government projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires strong analytical and leadership abilities to anticipate challenges and drive innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Steer projects from initiation to closure, maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
- Allocate resources efficiently across cross‑functional teams.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Proven ability to apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading diverse, cross‑functional teams.
