Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of medium to large‑scale projects for Raqmiyat LLC in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, consultants and vendors to ensure projects meet scope, schedule and budget objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and documentation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against approved plans, KPIs and budgets, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle escalations and ensure smooth execution across all parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or related field.
• Saudi national with 5–8 years of proven project management experience.
• Experience delivering medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Background in government, semi‑government, technology, infrastructure or consulting environments is an advantage.
• PMP certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6 or Jira.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
