Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, design and delivery of flood‑control and stormwater mitigation projects. The role will oversee all phases of civil engineering works, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on flood‑control and stormwater projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Ensure design and construction activities meet engineering standards and safety requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee quality control, risk management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 15–20 years of experience in project management of flood‑control or stormwater mitigation projects.
• At least five consecutive years in a senior project manager role on similar infrastructure projects.
• Accreditation by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive large‑scale engineering programmes.
