Project Manager – Joinery & Furniture Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end joinery and furniture projects. You will act as the single point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that every phase—from scope validation to final handover—runs smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and validate project scope against contractual documents and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones across technical, material, procurement and production departments.
• Manage changes and deviations from the original scope, reporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the project team, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, and ensure fluid workflow.
• Oversee site activities, including daily presence, measurement verification, installer progress, documentation, and logistics.
• Distribute approved shop drawings and key plans to on‑site teams.
• Report incidents, propose solutions, and close pending items to keep the schedule on track.
• Handle invoicing, petty‑cash tracking, and weekly progress reporting to management and clients.
• Manage the project close‑out process and support the identification of housing locations for the team outside Riyadh.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in fit‑out, joinery or furniture projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong background in joinery technical, fabrication and installation processes.
• Ability to start immediately or with a very short notice period.
