Project Manager – Large‑Scale Landscape & Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead large‑scale landscape, infrastructure and construction projects from initiation through to handover. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute landscape and construction projects in line with contractual requirements.
• Manage daily operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination and site supervision.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flows and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and technical specifications.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements and work programmes.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, feedback and guidance.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and supplier deliveries.
• Ensure accurate completion of handover files, as‑built drawings and close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale construction or landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
