Project Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of learning and development projects for corporate clients. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects meet timeline, budget and quality expectations, and mentor junior coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables based on client requirements.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and report status, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, operations experts and other delivery team members to meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular client communications, manage risks, create contingency plans and run post‑mortem analyses to improve processes.
• Mentor and coach project coordinators to ensure adherence to project management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B learning and development.
• Strong communication, analytical and multi‑project management abilities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred).
