Project Manager – Oracle Cloud Financial Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation program in Riyadh. The role will drive strategy, execution and stakeholder alignment for a multi‑year initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Plan, execute and monitor transformation programs, managing scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process gaps, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to achieve key milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement and change management, fostering adoption of new processes, tools and technologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably on large‑scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation initiatives.
• At least 3 successful Cloud implementation projects in a program manager role within the financial domain.
• Hands‑on experience designing and implementing Oracle Financials modules and integrating peripheral applications in the banking industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
