Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead real‑estate development projects from the receipt of design drawings through to final handover. The role ensures projects meet quality standards, budgets, timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project stages from receiving drawings to final handover.
• Monitor site execution to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and technical standards.
• Review Bills of Quantities, analyse quotations and support cost‑control activities.
• Apply Value Engineering principles to optimise quality and cost.
• Manage contractors and consultants, monitoring performance against scope and schedule.
• Track project budgets, costs, payment certificates and variation orders.
• Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments and submit them to senior management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with municipal requirements and applicable regulations.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate interdisciplinary work before and during execution.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development project management within a development company.
• Experience overseeing contractors and consultants and ensuring quality execution.
• Strong knowledge of municipal requirements, the Saudi Building Code and related regulations.
• Ability to read and analyse engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities.
