Project Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join Global Blue’s Saudi Arabia team. The role will lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects across commercial, finance, operations, IT and other business functions, ensuring timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and hand over projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT and external stakeholders such as government entities.
• Analyse business and financial data to support decision‑making.
• Drive process improvements, change‑management initiatives and stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and ensure compliance with scope and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience in an international organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, payments or operations is highly preferred.
