Project Risk Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join its organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of specialized experience in risk management within the real estate sector and project management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects and operational activities.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations.
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls and procedures to minimize organizational exposure.
• Run risk workshops, training and awareness programmes to promote a risk-conscious culture.
• Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with a strong focus on the real estate sector and project risk.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
