Project Site Manager – Civil Engineering (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to lead our civil engineering program in Jeddah. The role involves setting strategic direction, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project’s strategic vision, goals, and objectives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering initiatives, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, sustainability, and innovation practices.
• Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in civil engineering project management.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and infrastructure development.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and business development.
