Project Site Supervisor

About the role

OsoolTree Company seeks a hands‑on Project Site Supervisor to lead structural and finishing works on its residential developments in Riyadh. The role demands a strong on‑site presence to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections during structural and finishing stages.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily activities.
• Verify that all work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality and report any deviations immediately.
• Track actual progress against the approved timeline and prepare weekly progress reports with photos, delays and risks.
• Follow up on site observations until full closure and approve payments after confirming completed work.
• Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of site‑supervision experience on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined and able to manage multiple sites in Riyadh.

Required skills

• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) analysis.
• Construction quality monitoring.
