Project Specialist Store Construction Fit Out

About the role

The Project Specialist will manage store fit‑out projects from the planning stage through to opening. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating contractors, suppliers, designers, landlords and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor all phases of store fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers and landlords to align on specifications and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with construction, MEP, HVAC and fire‑safety standards.
• Track project budgets, progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present status reports to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 1 year of experience in project coordination, construction, fit‑out, F&B, café, restaurant or retail environments.
• Basic knowledge of construction, MEP, HVAC, fire safety and fit‑out works.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia, especially Riyadh mall projects, is preferred.
