About the role
Urban Builders is looking for a highly qualified Projects Manager to lead construction projects from planning through execution and final handover in Jeddah.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, quality and contractual obligations.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor performance, assess risks, control costs and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- 8–10 years of construction project management experience, including at least 2 years in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a general contracting environment.
Required skills
- Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
- Budgeting & cost control, BOQ and variation management.
- Risk assessment & mitigation, resource allocation.
- Construction quality assurance and HSE compliance.
