Public Realm & Landscape Manager

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a creative Public Realm & Landscape Manager to design and deliver vibrant public spaces that enrich urban environments across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with architects, urban planners and stakeholders to develop sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing public spaces and conduct detailed site analyses.
• Develop design concepts and master plans that reflect community needs and environmental sustainability.
• Produce detailed design documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Select appropriate landscape materials, planting schemes and sustainable practices.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in landscape design or public realm projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing public space and landscape projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience on projects in the Middle East is a plus.
