Public Relations Manager – Real Estate (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead the PR and corporate communications strategy for a leading private real‑estate developer in Saudi Arabia. The role will shape the company’s public profile, manage media relations and support the launch of high‑profile residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and international media outlets.
• Draft press releases, executive communications, speeches and corporate announcements.
• Handle media enquiries, protect the brand’s reputation and manage crisis communications.
• Support the launch of major real‑estate and hospitality developments through integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive communication initiatives.
• Coordinate corporate events, press conferences and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor media coverage, report on PR performance and analyse market sentiment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, hospitality, construction, tourism or destination development is highly desirable.
• Extensive network of media contacts within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage external PR agencies and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment supporting senior leadership.
