Purchasing Manager – Marketing & Co‑pack Services

About the role

The Purchasing Manager will lead SADAFCO’s procurement strategy for Marketing ATL & BTL activities and co‑pack services. This role ensures end‑to‑end sourcing, contracting, supplier governance and commercial optimisation across media, creative, production, events, POSM, digital marketing and packaging services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three‑year category roadmap for marketing and co‑pack services aligned with brand plans and innovation pipelines.
• Manage the full procurement cycle – from market profiling and supplier onboarding to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Drive supplier segmentation, capability assessment and compliance screening for agencies, media partners, production houses and packaging providers.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to ensure cost transparency, risk mitigation and speed‑to‑market.
• Monitor market intelligence on media inflation, digital trends, production cost drivers and shopper activation benchmarks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG or marketing services.
• Proven track record of managing complex supplier ecosystems and delivering commercial value.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable sourcing strategies.
