QA Engineer - Voice AI Start-up

About the role

A high-growth Saudi start-up building Voice AI and AI agents is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer based in Riyadh. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of the products, contributing to testing processes, bug identification and quality improvement across all stages of development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, document and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects
• Take part in regression, functional and performance testing
• Improve QA processes, testing frameworks and best practices
• Support release cycles by validating features before deployment
• Help document test cases, results and QA procedures

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing and AI technologies
• Fluent speaking and writing in both Arabic and English
• Based in KSA, preferably Riyadh

Required skills

• Deep understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus
