QA Manager – Oil & Gas Pipeline Projects (Aramco Approved)

About the role

We are looking for a QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities on oil and gas pipeline projects in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with Aramco standards and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA plans tailored to pipeline projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections, using quality management tools to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead root‑cause analysis sessions and coordinate corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Review and approve project documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports and non‑conformance reports.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to communicate quality status.
• Track quality metrics and trends through data analytics, preparing reports for management decision‑making.
• Provide training and mentorship to QA staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing quality assurance on oil and gas pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, especially Aramco requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
