QA/QC Engineer – Fresh Graduates

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will support the delivery of construction projects by ensuring that all work follows international quality standards and project specifications. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates in architectural engineering who are eager to develop practical quality management skills on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project QA/QC Manager in implementing the Project Quality Management System according to the approved Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
• Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIR) for each construction activity to the consultant.
• Verify incoming materials against project specifications and approved submittals.
• Monitor WIRs, test reports and update the Quality Manager and site team on their status.
• Control and review QA/QC plans, method statements and test plans before work commences.
• Ensure proper document control and distribution of approved consultant documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under project deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international quality standards.
• Experience with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and method statements.
• Familiarity with document control procedures for construction projects.
