QC Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector ensures that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Working within a manufacturing environment, you will apply internal policies, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply internal policies, procedures, and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Plan and organise work activities to meet short‑ and long‑term production objectives.
• Perform condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality control processes.
• Test, inspect, and benchmark machine and process parameters in QC labs using simple to complex equipment.
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products against engineering standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and legal requirements.
