QC Inspector – Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a QC Inspector to ensure that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The role involves testing, inspecting, and analysing materials and equipment in a laboratory environment, supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply internal policies, procedures, and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Organise and plan work activities to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Operate standard lab equipment and office automation systems for testing and benchmarking.
• Apply condition monitoring and preventive maintenance techniques to technical assets.
• Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality control processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses on quality incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products against engineering standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business environment and ability to interpret policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of technical maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and legal compliance requirements.
