Quality Assurance Inspector – Slaughterhouse & Meat Processing

About the role
The Quality Assurance Inspector will ensure that all products and processes within the slaughterhouse and meat processing facilities meet the highest standards of safety and quality. You will work closely with production teams to monitor compliance and support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality checks across slaughter, processing, hygiene and packing areas.
- Inspect raw materials, carcasses, cuts, packaging and finished products.
- Verify GMP, temperature, sanitation and process control records.
- Raise non‑conformance reports and follow up corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and product release checks.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of QA inspection experience in a slaughterhouse, meat processing plant, chilled food factory or similar high‑care food environment.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
