Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer to uphold the highest quality standards for its fragrance and cosmetics portfolio. The role involves overseeing testing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal teams and external manufacturers to deliver safe, high‑performing products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC processes for fragrance and cosmetic product lines.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with local, GCC and international cosmetic regulations and standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes for consistency and specification adherence.
• Manage product stability, performance testing and maintain quality documentation.
• Investigate non‑conformities, customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product development, supply chain and manufacturing partners.
• Support supplier quality evaluations, factory inspections and audits.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Travel regularly between factories, warehouses and retail sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in perfumes, cosmetics or personal‑care manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards.
• Familiarity with GCC and international cosmetic regulations.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
