Quality Inspection – Motion Operator

About the role

The Quality Inspection – Motion Operator ensures that tea products and their packaging meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Working on the production floor, you will operate and monitor a range of inspection equipment to guarantee product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Operate quality inspection equipment such as checkweighers, metal detectors, vision inspection systems, and color sorting machines.
• Inspect tea products and packaging for weight, sealing, labeling, appearance, and overall quality.
• Identify defective items and remove them from the production line.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate quality inspection records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in the packaging industry.
• Familiarity with food‑grade quality standards and inspection processes.
