Quality Inspector

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to oversee road construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect earthworks, subgrade, sub‑base, asphalt paving, drainage and related road works.
• Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Witness site inspections and testing activities, preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining quality records.
• Raise and follow up on non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and testing laboratories.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC and HSE requirements throughout the project.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC inspection experience on road or highway projects.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM and road construction standards.
• Strong reporting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred experience on GCC or Saudi Arabia road projects and familiarity with quality documentation processes.
