Quality / L&D Executive

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Quality / L&D Executive in Jeddah. The role leads hotel-wide quality initiatives and learning and development, working with operational teams, department leaders and HR to raise service standards, guest satisfaction and employee competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance: run weekly quality reviews, conduct audits and compliance checks, and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide leadership with real-time updates on hotel performance, guest satisfaction, quality trends and improvement priorities.
• Design and deliver training on service excellence, quality standards, compliance, brand values, SOPs and operational performance, including onboarding, induction and refresher programmes.
• Develop training materials, assessments, competency checklists and learning resources, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Manage the LMS: learning paths, assignments, completion requirements, content calendar and mandatory training deadlines.
• Build competency frameworks and role-specific competency matrices, and work with managers on development plans for staff who fall short of standards.
• Develop and report KPIs on quality, guest satisfaction, training and compliance, and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Quality, Learning & Development, Training, Compliance or a combined Quality/L&D role.
• Experience with quality management systems, audits, SOPs, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing and delivering training programmes and competency assessments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, reporting, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
