Quality Specialist

About the role

The Quality Specialist will support Bechtel’s airport development project in Riyadh by reviewing contractors' quality management systems, inspection and test plans, and related procedures. The role ensures compliance with project scope, regulatory requirements, and helps mitigate performance risk through effective quality oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete quality audit checklists for internal and external contractor audits.
• Review contractors' QMS plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures against project requirements.
• Identify and report new or revised regulatory requirements.
• Monitor non‑conforming conditions and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Participate in quality audits and surveillances, providing necessary support.
• Assist in resolving complex quality issues and contribute to risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Experience reviewing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality audit processes.
• Ability to analyze non‑conformance reports and evaluate corrective actions.
