Quality System Specialist

About the role

The Quality System Specialist will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of MISAC’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Saudi SASO product certification requirements. The role supports internal audits, management reviews and customer audit responses while driving quality performance across manufacturing and market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the company’s QMS in line with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
• Prepare, revise and control quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and related documentation.
• Plan, conduct and follow‑up internal quality audits, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Support management review meetings and monitor implementation of decisions.
• Set, track and analyse quality objectives, reporting deviations and root causes.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to raise overall quality levels.
• Organise and deliver quality‑related training for employees.
• Assist in customer audit preparation, material provision and issue resolution.
• Manage SASO product certification processes, including testing and liaison with certification bodies.
• Oversee finished‑product inspection, non‑conformance handling and PDCA cycles at the factory.
• Handle market‑related quality issues, coordinating with customers and production teams to implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably with ISO 9001 internal audit experience.
