Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing cost control throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Analyze and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to the project team.
• Identify potential cost‑saving measures and suggest alternatives.
• Prepare and review variation orders and claims.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with budget and contract specifications.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve cost‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of quantity surveying experience in construction, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with industry‑specific quantity surveying software.
