Quantity Surveyor Technician

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor Technician supports construction projects by delivering accurate quantity take‑offs, cost measurements and detailed reports. Working closely with site engineers and project teams, the role ensures cost control and documentation align with project specifications and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs and measurements for construction and civil works projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take‑off sheets and cost‑related schedules.
• Assist in preparing periodic quantity and cost reports for ongoing projects.
• Use quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools efficiently.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams and other stakeholders to verify quantities and project data.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Maintain organized records of measurements, calculations and reports.
• Support the project team in achieving cost efficiency and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Practical experience or basic knowledge in quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness and readiness to join immediately.
